By registering and using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Services from Prochildcare

Prochildcare offers the following services to registered doctors:

• job offers : Access to exclusive job advertisements.
• Current news : Latest information and developments in the respective field.
• visibility and profile : Personal profile to be found by patients.
• posts and services : Ability to publish posts on the platform and list your own services.

4. Subscription

Doctors can take out an annual subscription for 100 euros. The subscription includes all of the services mentioned above.

5. Payment

Payment for the subscription is made via Stripe. Billing takes place annually in advance.

6. Customer area

Registered doctors have access to a personal customer area where they can view and download their invoices and manage their profiles and contributions.

7. Terms of use of the website

By using our website, you agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations and not to publish any content that violates legal provisions or the rights of third parties.

8. Liability

Prochildcare is not liable for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information provided on the website. Use of the information is at your own risk.

9. Data protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy .

10. Final provisions

If individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are or become ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
